I’m a longtime Athenian (I like to call myself an Athens Enthusiast), one of those folks who came for UGA, stayed for Athens.
After graduating from UGA, I decided to stay and make a life and home for myself here. Moving to Atlanta or any other big city didn’t appeal to me.
I worked in the service industry for almost a decade before finding myself in residential property management. From there, I became obsessed with real estate investing and got my real estate license.
Since then, I’ve added commercial real estate to the portfolio.
